Our Company is a leading service provider for Reservation at customers’ convenience. These Room Booking Services offered by us are affordable for every kind of customers. Following are the terms and condition of Suites Room Reservation.
Check INN Reservation Rules:
Our Reservation Rules are:- Check out time – 24 hours.
- Room blocking over telephone, E-mail, letter, personal communication is available for 48 hrs.
- Room booking can be confirmed by payment of 50% of estimated bill or agreed amount.
Refund Rules in case of cancellation:
- 24 hrs before arrival time or NO SHOW – No refund.
- 24 hrs to 48 hrs before arrival time – 25% of deposit.
- 48 hrs or more before arrival time – 50% of deposit.
- Amendment in dates will be treated as cancellation.
The Management reserves the rights to cancel or alter the bookings at its discretion but will duly inform the clients about cancellation of bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Legal Jurisdiction is the city of Bangalore.
- The payment should be made in the name of M/S Check INN Serviced Apartments, Bangalore.
- Our tax registrations are TAN - BLRC06578F, PAN - AAEFC6835D.
- Our services, as per the current law are not covered under the Service Tax law and therefore we are not registered for Service Tax.
